Oracle of Consciousness
#125 - Why?
Until we ask the right questions, we will never find the right answers.
To stimulate curiosity and to enhance our growth towards becoming more conscious, it is useful to ask the question why?

"How should I respond to this situation, or person"?
Then go deeper into your initial answers

"Why that response?"
When we have the answers, ask again, deeper and deeper until we get to the core, to the root cause of our harmful behaviours.
Remember, we are working towards behavioural wisdom, behavioural intelligence, so we want to know what lies behind our destructive behaviours, what beliefs, faulty perceptions and perspectives may lie behind those?
What truths lay behind those?
Remember, the ego reacts.

EGO - "I behave this way because I learnt it from my parents."

EGO - "I am the victim here and I am going to take revenge!"
And the heart responds from a place of love.

I ask myself "What would love do now?"
And do that.

I am guided by my intuition and my heart and act from that place.
Being childlike as opposed to childish, arouses our curiosity and will deepen our connection to who we are at the core and gives ourselves a much greater understanding of our life.
The heart responds with acts of appreciation, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, humility and bravery.
Just ask that one question, the one easy question, one deep dive into your life and the lives of others.
Why?
