Joined, united, acting together, to form a unified whole.

Head and heart coherence.

When we use the words coherence of the head and the heart, it means they are united, not separate, but working harmoniously together.

Head and heart coherence has been investigated and really well promulgated by the HeartMath Institute and I recommend you explore them if you're not familiar with their ground-breaking work.

They are the pioneers of the connection between the heart and the head.

When we get a clear coherence between the heart and the head they are now collaborating and cooperating together.

We are now in coherent, harmonious alignment.

When we are using the intelligent mind and marrying that with the intelligence of the heart, we are in coherence.

We can expand the personal coherence even further on our journey, to be in unity with Mother Earth, instead of working against nature, working with nature.

Then we are cooperating and collaborating with harmonious actions with the Earth, as she too is going through her transformation.
